We have been in business for over 30 years in the same location in sunny, Hollywood, FL. 

What are your hours of operation?

Monday to Thursday 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time
Friday 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time

What forms of payment do you accept for your services?

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Most major credit cards.  Payment can be made over the phone, or we can provide a link for a secure payment online.
  • ACH payments
  • Company checks by mail, over the phone, or securely online.

 

MAILING LISTS:

How long does it take to get my list once I place an order?

If you place a mailing list order before 3:00pm Eastern, You will receive the list the same business day. Any lists sold after 3:00 pm will be emailed the following business day. If you need faster service, please call 866-594-3069.

Can the mailing list be printed on peel & stick labels?

Yes, all mailing list orders can be printed on peel-and-stick labels (30 per letter-size sheet) for an additional charge of 4¢ per address.  Shipping of the labels to you is by USPS Priority Mail and is included.  You will also receive a copy of the list by email.

How much does a mailing list cost?

Our pricing depends on the type of list and the level of targeting you require. All lists have a minimum order quantity.

  • Neighborhood Saturation (Carrier Route)

    • Price: 5¢ per address

    • Minimum: $51.50 (up to 1,000 addresses)

    • Note: Addresses are labeled as “Current Resident.”

  • Consumer (Demographic)

    • Price: 8¢ per name

    • Minimum: $82.40 (up to 1,000 names)

    • Includes: Name and basic demographics (age, income, etc.). Click here for specialized choices.

  • Consumer Email List

    • Price: 15¢ per record

    • Minimum: $386.25 (up to 2,500 records)

    • Includes: Name, email, postal address, and basic demographics.

  • Mailing List with Phone Numbers

    • Price: 10¢ per record

    • Minimum: $103.00 (up to 1,000 records)

    • Includes: Name, phone number, and postal address. (Note: Records on the National Do Not Call Registry are excluded.)

  • Business Mailing List

    • Price: 15¢ per contact

    • Minimum: $154.50 (up to 1,000 contacts)

    • Includes: Business name, industry type, postal address, phone, and top contact name where available.

How accurate are your mailing lists?

Deliverability That Exceeds Industry Standards

Industry benchmarks for postal mail deliverability typically range from 85–92%, depending on address quality and USPS compliance.

Our sources utilize CASS-certified processing, NCOA updates, and ZIP+4 coding to consistently exceed these standards, often achieving deliverability rates of 95% or higher for properly prepared campaigns.

We also ensure every list meets USPS automation requirements, helping you qualify for postal discounts while maximizing delivery success.

Can I provide my own mailing list to be used for a full-service mailing?

Yes, if you provide a mailing list to be used with a full-service mailing, we will certify it using USPS-approved software to ensure deliverability. We will remove duplicate addresses and addresses that fail certification.  There is no additional charge for this service when accompanied by a full service mailing order.

Can you provide a list of email addresses?

Yes, we offer consumer email addresses.

  • Price: 15¢ per record
  • Minimum: $386.25 (up to 2,500 records)
  • Includes: Name, email, postal address, and basic demographics.

We do not offer email address lists for businesses.

Can you provide a list with phone numbers?

Yes, we offer consumer lists with phone numbers.

  • Price: 10¢ per record
  • Minimum: $103.00 (up to 1,000 records)
  • Includes: Name, phone number, and postal address. (Note: Records on the National Do Not Call Registry are excluded.)

Our business also mailing lists include phone numbers.

  • Price: 15¢ per contact
  • Minimum: $154.50 (up to 1,000 contacts)
  • Includes: Business name, industry type, postal address, phone number, and the top contact name where available.

Can you provide a mailing list of a specific apartment complex?

Yes, we can provide a mailing list of apartment addresses including unit number for specific apartment complexes.  The addressee of our apartment mailing list is “CURRENT RESIDENT”.

Pricing is based per complex not the number of addresses.  A complex includes all buildings within the complex if applicable.

4 Complexes  $154.50

5 Complexes  $190.55

Each Add’l Complex  $36.05

We will provide a free mailing list count for up to 5 complexes. More than 5 requires a deposit of $190.55.

FULL SERVICE MAILINGS:

What is included in your full service mailing?

Our Full Service Mailings include everything you need for a successful campaign, including:

  • Custom postcard design with unlimited changes until you are satisfied
  • Postcard printing: full-color, 2-sided with a UV finish
  • Neighborhood mailing list (you pick the neighborhoods) or
    A Demographic mailing list you provide or can be purchased from us.
    If you provide the mailing list, we will certify it with USPS software, removing
    Errors and duplicates.
  • Labeling and mailing service
  • Postage

How will I know that my mailing was actually mailed?

We provide documentation from the USPS that your mailing passed inspection and was accepted for mailing.

If I already have postcards printed, can you mail them for me?

Sorry no. We can not verify that your postcards meet USPS requirements for addresses and permit area. Furthermore, they may not be in condition with the appropriate surface for addressing with our automated equipment.  We can provide a mailing list if needed.

How long does the Full Service Mailing process take?

After final payment in full, it takes 7 to 10 days for production (printing, labeling, sorting, and bundling). Then figure up to 7 to 10 days for delivery by the postal service.

What is your payment policy for a full-service mailing?

Get started with just a $100 deposit. After we receive your deposit, we will provide you with an initial postcard design, usually within 24 to 48 hours.  You can make an may changes as you like. There is no charge for changes and changes are unlimited.  We will also confirm your mailing list count using the geography and demographics you provide.  The balance is due only after you are satisfied with the design and mailing list work.

What if I want to mail the postcards myself?

We can provide everything you need for a “MIY”, Mail It Yourself Mailing, including:

  • Custom-designed postcards printed and shipped to you.
  • Custom Mailing List sent by email or printed on peel-and-stick labels and shipped to you.
  • Recommendations and information on the most affordable and effective MIY methods.

Do you offer discounts on you Direct Mail Service for Non-Profit Organizations?

The USPS offers discounted postage rates for organizations that qualify as a 501(c) such as religious, charitable or educational groups. However, the organization must apply for and maintain a Non-Profit Postal Permit to qualify for lower rates.

Here is a summary of the Fees:

  • Permit Imprint Application Fee: $370.00 (one-time fee). This is required if you want to print a “postage paid” box directly on your mail pieces.
  • Annual Mailing Fee: $370.00 (annual fee). This is required for each Post Office where you enter and pay for commercial mailings
  • Postage Rates with a Non-Profit Permit: Non-Profit Postage Rates range from 15.5¢ to 24.5¢.
