I found Print Label and Mail to be polite, professional and proficient. The agent with whom I worked, Jim Negron, knew direct mail backward and forward. And he was kind enough to help guide our every step. I highly recommend these folks!

Print Label and Mail company are fantastic professionals that produce quality postcards to promote your organization. This is the second postcard they have produced for our preschool and I highly recommend you contact them.Jim walks you through the entire process to make sure you are completely satisfied with the postcard. The individual who answered the phone, Jimmy, demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. He asked for my record, and when I informed him that the previous agent had not required it, he continued to question me mechanically, like a robot. He even had the audacity to claim that I was “not in a good mood,” when in reality, his dismissive and robotic behavior was precisely what could put any customer in a bad mood. Despite my repeating my request three times with clarity, he ultimately stated that he did not believe he could help me. The entire interaction was unprofessional, unproductive, and frankly unacceptable.

This is the absolute best service you can have. A team of professionals, detailed oriented and highly qualified. They took care of the mailing campaign for my school - Mondo Music School - from start to finish and advised me on the best options. They were always available over the phone and promptly responded to my inquiries. Jim has been incredibly helpful and always had the kindest and most supportive demeanor. Don’t look any further. You won’t find anything as good as Print Label and Mail. Thank you so much guys, I look forward to keep working with you!
