The next step is to consider “REACH” and “FREQUENCY”. In other words: How Many to Mail and How Often?  Frequency is often overlooked when planning a direct mail campaign. For the same budget it is often better to mail 1000 prospects three times rather than 3000 prospects once?

Neighborhood Mailing Lists

A saturation mailing list is perfect when you want to reach all the residents in a neighborhood. We can target residential addresses or businesses. A saturation list does not come with names, just “Current Resident” or “Current Business Owner” along with the postal address.

How Do We Create Your List?

  1. Define your geographic market area by city, county, zip code, or a radius.
  2. Then we will use the mail carrier routes located within your target to create custom mailing lists.

This list option is the most affordable at only 5¢ per address.

 

Consumer Mailing Lists

The more targeted the mailing list the better the results of a direct mail campaign.

How Do We Create Your List?

  1. Define your geographic market area.
  2. Then, we use demographics such as age, income, etc to identify the best prospects to include in your custom mailing list.

If the count results are too high or low, we suggest adjusting the market area first, not the demographics.

If you have a business that sells to or services other businesses, you will need a targeted business mailing list.
