Our Mailing List Compilers
Chosen based on:
1. Accuracy 2. Data Specialization 3. Pricing
We are mailing list brokers. We evaluate each mailing list request and then select the best source for the data. The data management companies (mailing list compilers) that we use are giants in the industry recognized as the best in their field.
Although the major list compilers have a lot of data similarities i.e. demographic and psychographic data selectors, the way the data is compiled, the build or cleaning process, source of the data, and the coverage can be very different
Our Consumer List is rebuilt from scratch every two months. We start with over 800 million name and address records only from multiple source contributors i.e. white pages, real property data, and other sources. The 800 million records are processed via National Change of Address (NCOA), Delivery Sequence File (DSF), Locatable Address Conversion Service (LACS), and other proprietary information sources. Additionally the data is passed against suppression files to eliminate consumers or telephone numbers as appropriate: Decease File, State Attorney General (SAG) data, the Direct Marketing Association’s (DMA) do-not-mail and do-not-call lists, and the national FTC do-not-call file.
COMPACT INFORMATION SERVICES (CIS)
The CIS Residential List (115 million households) reaches virtually 100% of every U.S. household in every Zip Code throughout the country.
This address file is updated every quarter in conjunction with the U.S. Post Office, making it one of the freshest, most deliverable mailing lists available. CIS clients have the ability to order addresses by Carrier Route, ZIP, County or State.
Our Resident/Occupant File does not contain names of residents. Records are addressed to “Resident” or “Occupant” at an address. It is ideal for saturation mailings, especially since this list qualifies for the lowest available postage rates. The list is fully “walk sequenced”, which allows for the lowest postage rate available from the Post Office. This means the records are delivered to you in the same sequence a mail carrier delivers the mail. Since we have done much of the sorting work for the Post Office, the Post Office passes its cost savings on to you.
