Q – Using Every Door Direct Mail, can I eliminate the apartments from a carrier route and just mail the single family homes?
A – No. All of the residential addresses must be included in the every door program.
Q – Can I mail only to businesses with Every Door Direct Mail?
A – Businesses can be added to the carrier route for mailing but they cannot be mailed alone. For example if a carrier route has 300 residential addresses and 50 businesses, it can mailed 2 ways using every door : Residential only = 300 or Residential and Businesses = 350.
Q – What is the minimum and maximum amount of pieces that can be mailed per day with the Every Door Direct Mail Program?
A – The minimum number of pieces per day to qualify for every door is 200. The maximum is 5000. These minimum and maximum numbers apply to a single post office. If your mailing requires more than one post office, then up to 5000 postcards can be mailed at each post office.
Q – What form of payment does the post office accept for Every Door Direct Mail?
A – Postage for Every Door Direct Mail can be paid using Major credit cards, personal check (must have ID), business check (no ID required) or cash.
Q – Can I purchase 5000 every door postcards and mail them in stages?
A – Yes and you will pay the postage at your local post office as they are mailed.
Q – Can I include carrier routes from different zip codes in my every door campaign?
A – Yes, however you must drop off the mailing at the post office location that is responsible for each zip code.
Q – How long does every door delivery take after I drop off the mailing at the post office?
A – Usually 1 to 2 business day(s).
Q – What is your Every Door Direct Mail “No Risk Design Guarantee”?
A – With your deposit of $100 we will start working on your custom design and have a draft proof for you within 48 hours. We will then make whatever changes are needed until you are satisfied. No limit or charge for changes. You do not have to pay the balance until you are satisfied. A new postcard proof will be sent after each change is completed.
